RecommendedWe took our puppy for the first time. Staff was so friendly & the vet was AMAZING! My Simba was very nervous/scared and she took the time to sit & interact with my puppy till he was comfortable. She was also very informative and answered all our questions.
I'm a little conflicted about this post, because I think the staff here is great. And during a previous visit, I noticed that they had put out a placard - asking visitors to be quiet as a family said goodbye to a loved one - accompanied by a lit candle. I thought it was a wonderful demonstration of respect and compassion. Last week, I had to say goodbye to my cat of 20 years. We have been taking our baby there for 4 years. They have been with us through the deep paw cut emergency, the aftermath of Buddy trying to play with a giant raccoon, and just all checkups and shots. The staff is always super friendly and awesome at what they do.
