We just love Dr. Havens & Dr. Ellis. Our pets respond to both of them and appreciate knowing they will see the same doctor each visit. These ladies are especially good with the larger breed dogs and their special needs. Our newfie absolutely loves Dr. Havens and even kisses her which is not his normal personality. Both of these doctors listen, invite us to participate in decision making and are able to explain things so they are easy to understand. I've been coming to this place several years and always seeing Dr Havens, who by far is the most beautiful and loving as well as compassionate human ever! Sadly had to have our baby boy of 12-13 yrs yesterday put down. He no longer could walk; his tired legs just gave out, and it was time to rest. The entire experience from last week's visit up until saying our final goodbye's was handled with such compassion and empathy and a great deal of love from each and every person from here. It's a wonderful practice where compassion is evident by the staff and Vets at every moment. I adore Dr Havens! She's so kind, understanding and has such a calming effect on my dogs.
