I am sure the surgical options are competent for emergency care, but the patient experience for non-emergency care was derogatory and condescending. Furthermore, the prices for the routine aspects of patient care were all very much inflated, typically 100% more than what is charged elsewhere. They also sent a “bash the customer” report back to the referring vet when the customer chose to get a second opinion / meet with another specialist.
