I have been a customer for over 15 years. We had always had a great experience with Dr. P but not the other. We had a horrific and traumatizing experience in 2020-2021 with changing technicians (who had major attitudes) and terrified our small dogs with blood draws. Not to mention the terrible bedside manner of the 2nd Dr. I gave direct feedback then and it fell to deaf ears. The clinic has not been accommodating to get our dog in when we needed or could get us in with Dr. P. We ended up losing our pom in 2021, passing... read more

My wife and I have been bringing our cats to this location for years. When it comes to my cats (I have some cats and my wife has other cats), I never will again.
Felt very taken advantage of. Do NOT recommend, and will never take any of my babies there or to see Dr. Parson again!! 😡😡😡
