Acres North was great to me and I never had a problem until they supposedly changed management and our favorite vet (Dr. Cunningham) left. We brought our 4 year old Cavalier in for a free consultation during their dental month. The vet walked in and said, "So I see that he had a lump?" Yes, after his rabies shot so I brought him in and Dr. Cunningham had assured me that it was completely normal to have a slight bump where the vaccine was injected. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I have brought my pets here for about ten years.today I showed up at 7am(the time posted online)and was informed that the vet doesn't show up till 8am.then was seen at 830.I brought my 9y/o female boxer who was very sick.she needed an extremely costly surgery or to be put down. very little questions were answered.I felt very rushed.seemed like there was no concern by the staff.Her being that sick just felt like a one ton punch to the gut!
