RecommendedWe took our E.B. To them and it was the first time switching over to them so we were nervous. They set the bar high for any other vets office now though. They called us to give us updates everyday he was there! He was a sick baby and they nursed him back to health. They explained everything we need to keep doing and in detail explained when he needs to come back and why. Highly recommend them!!!

They were so nice and took care of our baby Bella. She had a UTI and wasent feeling good. We will defiantly go back to use them. Staff was amazing. The doctor was so nice and explained everything to us. Thank you!!

Over priced meds! They charge 3 months supply for 1 month. They won’t approve meds ordered online either. Just found that out having to call them and ask why they didn’t approve my chewy order. Needless to say they could of called me and told me they don’t approve meds online and told chewy that after they called several times trying to get them to approve my dogs flea and heart worm meds. I have been a customer for over 5 years. After yesterday’s interaction I am taking my business elsewhere. Loyalty goes a long way for businesses on the Island. Not only have you lost mine but I shall tell my story when asked.
We had an emergency situation with our guinea pig early this morning and so thankful for the kindness and care we received. Everyone there was wonderful and will be back in the morning to see Dr. Tristan. Thank you!
