I really appreciate how kind and welcoming everyone was. Our dog has major anxiety when she’s in a different environment than home. Her old Vet’s office never seemed to take the time to help her through and instead would either have us come back to get her or stress her more by putting her in a kennel. Your Vet was so patient and loving with her! Thank you and we will definitely be sticking with your office.
The receptionists and technicians are always incredibly kind and rarely ever irritable. I usually see Dr. Charlotte. She has no problem answering any and all of my questions, and she always tries to come up with solutions to any of my issues. They take very good care of my kitty, French Fry. Also the best prices in the county.
I love this vet’s office! I have lots of rodents who consistently need veterinary care, and have been to a ridiculous amount of vets over the years, but this one is by far the best! The staff are friendly and compassionate, they clearly respect animals and I trust them fully with mine. They have gone above and beyond to care for my ratties and I will forever be grateful for the way that they handle euthanasias. Very happy. Caring and compassionate staff. Good body of knowledge. I prefer a local option over the huge chains. Originly changed as the old doc retire and the entire staff changed. This is our doctor.
The staff are super caring & friendly: when I described my pet emergency they got me an appointment right away. Dr. Anabel & Dr. Giulianna gave us lots of detailed information about what could be making our sweet Pickle sick. And Gina gave Pickle his treatments with such tenderness & care - she has a beardie too! It is very hard to find a vet that treats exotic animals in Sonoma / Napa counties.
