staff is rude and unprofessional. The office manager had the Nerve to ask me why I take my Dog there to get Groomed when she has no idea that my groomer once worked in my town and she relocated to this establishment so I wanted to keep the same groomer I have used the last 2 years! Bad business when you ask a customer why I take my babies to there business!! wont be going back and will miss my groomer but she took there side and will seek a groomer close to home! Bad Business and Rude management!!

I made appointments for 3 cats and said I had free spay neuter Georgia vouchers when I called. you never told me it would cost over 300 for them to get fixed not one time over the phone and I called twice. your staff was very rude this morning so i walked out after filling out all the paperwork I didn't need to. thanks for wasting my time and your time when all you had to do was say that over the phone when I made the appointment last week.

Found out I have a collection on my account From a cat and apparently 2 accounts, don’t understand as I boarded my dog and had all his shots a month ago and nothing was mentioned, shame because the dr’s are great
