Staff doesn’t know how to handle a giant breed very well. Even hinted that with life saving meds one of the vets increased over the phone with me and did not update the file. In turn the staff wanted to refuse to refill because at a lower dosage there should have been enough left over for more days. I gave them a lot of money trying to care for my pet that had epilepsy. They did not update the file very well for my pet. I switched to another VET owned location and very happy I did.

Recommendedthese 2 and staff care about animals as if they were there own. would not trust my animal with anyone else

I have a 3 year old dog that I rescued from a shelter at 9 months old. I have been working with Dr. Scrack to find the right medicine to treat her severe anxiety and I am very pleased with his willingness to listen and understand our challenges. He has been a lifesaver for our family. Unfortunately, I brought my dog in for a routine update to get her up Bordetella and a fecal test and we did not see Dr. Scrack but instead Dr. Bross came in to see me looking very unpleasant.
