Emilie did a great job grooming my shih Tzu! She went above and beyond to make sure she cut her exactly how the previous groomer always has!! 💗

they were very kind and to you and loving to you animal this was not our home town ours would have been the one on Adler in Knoxville they are not as pet friendly or people friendly! so if your out of town and coming through most definitely if your animals need care this is the place

My husband and I brought our kitty there for an emergency visit after an unfortunate accident. The staff and Dr. Mayfield were phenomenal and I will forever be grateful that they made Mr. Kitty's last moments with us bearable.

To some he’s just a dog, but to us he’s family. Finding out Cash had lymphoma At just over 2 1/2 years old was heartbreaking to our family. He was so weak, didn’t want to play, and would barely eat anything. When given the referral to come to Animal Medical Center and try the chemo regimen, we definitely couldn’t say no. He has come so far in the last 20 weeks and we hope and pray it’s enough to give him plenty more time with us. Always cautiously optimistic. I’m more than satisfied with the care and customer service both my baby Stella and I have seen the last 24 hours! After a terrible incident of her being attacked by stray dogs, the AMC team truly saved the night! From explaining surgery and xrays, to comforting me when I couldn’t hold back tears, they have been wonderful! All of the staff is so friendly and kind, and truly in love with their jobs.
