Most fabulous place for my fur baby! The staff is the best…comforting, knowledgeable and absolutely the most helpful! Dr Kahil is soooo good! Take your pets there with no hesitation!!
As a military family we travel and move so often and it can be so hard to find a vet that you trust for your fur babies. I love taking my dogs here! Anytime I have a concern the staff is accommodating and easy to set up appts with! I also love the communication including the “report cards” and reminders for when vaccines are due, etc. Whenever anyone asks for vets in the area I always recommend AMC to everyone I know! We live outside of Waco and we were referred to Dr. Kahill for our Weezer’s knee surgery. We had the best experience with all of the staff and would highly recommend. We received phone calls and information that reassured us in the most timely manner. I felt very comfortable leaving our”baby” with these very caring people. I have an aggressive chihuahua. She has a “chill protocol” that they prescribe her. It chills her out just enough to get a muzzle on her so they can examine her. They are always very caring and go the extra mile to make sure my little girl is well cared for. They were even able to get her sedated without her medicine a year ago when she ended up with a severely broken jaw from a dog attack. I’ve been taking my pets to Animal medical center for at least 20 years. I have never had a bad experience. I also use their boarding service several times a year. The excellent care they give allows me to enjoy and relax while on vacation because I know my dog is in loving and capable hands. The staff knows my Anya well and they treat her like the good girl she is. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my big boy, Copper! I was very impressed with everything! Dr. Kahil was so thorough with his exam and explaining everything. I even got calls the next day updating me on him. Then when i called checking on him later that day they sent me two of the pictures below… i left feeling Copper was very cared for the whole time! He doesn’t like the “cone of shame” 😊
