This was our initial visit with a new puppy. Dr. Ann Brooks and her assistant, Michelle, were thoughtful and caring as they handled the pup. Vaccination and medications were given without any problems as they worked together as a team. We have taken out dogs to them for years and with this kind of care and treatment from the veterinary staff and the front office staff there's no reason to consider a change. We are very happy with their care and follow-up

I've been taking my extended family members (ie: pets) here for 20+ years and have also found the staff to be helpful and truly interested in ensuring the best healthcare is provided. Further, I like how they clearly discuss treatments, options, and outcomes in a conversational way to ensure you have all the information you need to decide how to proceed.
Dr, Brooks was great! We really discussed what I was seeing and how we could treat my dog. He seems to be feeling better today!
Quick in and out but very thorough and friendly service.
It was easy to schedule an appointment and Dr. George and the vet tech were both fabulous with my nervous dog, George.
Everything was good.
Called and ask to speak to Dr.S or Dr.G or if one of them could call me back as my dog Sly was not doing well on the meds prescribed for him. I know that they get real busy at times but they have always responded. I thought I might not here from them till the next day but Dr.S called me back after 8:00 PM that evening and we discussed Sly and the options for him. Always pleasant and helpful staff. Dr. George is a joy and good with my Sheltie.
