Very friendly staff. They took very good care of our cat and very patient answering any questions we had.
As always, Dr Brooks was thorough, friendly, and professional. The follow up call from Dr. George to discuss the blood test results was very informato be and helpful.

The reception staff was very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Schmidt took the time to actually talk about what was happening with Tucker and the course of action we could take. She gave me options, didn't TELL me what I HAD to do. I will be taking all my dogs here in the future.
Dr. George is spectacular. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She seems to genuinely care about her clients and their humans. :)
I knew going in that Dr. Scott was an incredible vet (having been previous patients who willingly made the long trip to see him), but I wasn't expecting the rest of the staff to be great as well. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, professional, and extremely attentive. I appreciate the excellent care paid to both my dogs and will definitely be back. Thank you!
Dr. Brooks and the whole staff at the Animal Medical Center of Crystal Lake are the best. Everyone is so helpful and kind, been going there for years.
