Been going here for years, great service, nice employees.
Everyone is so nice at the Animal Medical Center of Crystal Lake. I think our dog receives excellent care, and she has no fear of going there. The techs and doctors are wonderful with her and don't mind her exuberance, and everyone in the front office has been helpful and friendly. I also like that I can schedule appointments online so that I don't have to remember to do this during office hours.

Pleasant and thorough exam on my dogs. The vet did not talk to me like a 5 year old, and she seemed genuinely concerned for the dogs welfare. Also discussed $$$ for different procedures and tests that I could do... should they become necessary. Overall a very good experience.
