waited two hours, for the doctor to be arrogant and unprofessional. gets pissy with a dog that is already anxious and in pain and has been at the clinic waiting patiently for two hours, and points out what all i need to train on. you’re a doctor, not a dog trainer, do your job. he’s lucky that Yakima is in dire need and his clinic is one of the only ones accepting new patients.

Dr. Kuhn was arrogant, mouthy, and incredibly disrespectful to a family grieving the loss of beloved pets. We had to ask that he be removed because he cruelly added to the heartbreak and distress.
I would give 0 stars if I could but since I can’t, the 1 star goes to the Vet techs who honestly were great. The vet on the other hand has absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. My dog was obviously scared to be at the vet and he did nothing to ease that anxiety and honestly made the whole situation way worse. The only time he spoke to me during the appointment (that started 45 minutes late) was to scold me. He was beyond unprofessional and incredibly rude. RecommendedWe came here to get a 2nd opinion after being told there was nothing we could do to get our dog walking again, after a few laser treatments he was walking again and is doing better every day!
