RecommendedWell, I keep trying to give this place a chance since Dr. Kevin Marcum’s departure. Made an appointment Saturday to have our dogs toenails ground. It took an hour and 10 minutes because they were “short handed”. $45 for toenail grind on 2 dogs is ridiculous. It used to be $12-14 each. And they missed an entire paw on one dog!! If your too booked up, just be HONEST. The honesty and integrity exemplified by Dr. Kevin Marcum is a tough act to follow.
This vet almost KILLED my French Bulldog. RUN FROM THEM! I first want to start off the email by stating that I have never had such a terrible vet experience in my 35 years of having animals. They charge 50.00 for a nail trim they add a hard to handle fee I’ve been a customer for 8 years , when dr Shaffer was the owner she charged me 20.00 shame on them ripoff!!!!!
