I feel it is incredibly important that South West Florida knows the lack of compassion Dr. Vacendak truely has for her animal patients.. Our little sweet Shih Tzu Roxy Starr had been a patient of Dr. Vacendak at the Banfield Hospital located inside Pets Mart in Naples... We have been with this veterinary hospital since we moved to Florida in summer 2017. We were with Dr. Brianna first, and she is a very good vet and took great care of our three dogs. Nevertheless, right from the start we had some issues with their front desk staff, those ladies were quite unfriendly, condescending and were giving us some weird attitude whenever we called their office. Would not trust Charlie's care to anyone else. Dr. Stacey has assembled top notch, professional, compassionate staff from the vets, technicians and reception personnel.
I was told my dog had a severe tooth infection and was given a referral to a pet dentist . She gave him pain meds but when I asked for antibiotics she refused. My dog has an infection yet you wont give him an antibiotic. I totally felt like just a number there. No personal service just another $$. I don't recommend at all. Hated everything about my experience there.

Firstly, your appointment and the doctor’s recommendations had nothing to do with financial gain. Had that been our goal, we would have performed the dental cleaning and sent you home with antibiotics, even though that was not in your pet’s best interest.
