Recommendedwe're visiting friends when my dog, Bindi, started experiencing eye issues. we were able to get an appointment to see Dr. Smith in just a couple of days. knowing Bindi could need to be seen by an eye specialist, I made that appointment for by their next available just in case. At her follow-up, it was determined she does need the specialist. Animal Oasis went the extra mile and got my specialist appointment moved up from 4 days away to tomorrow. Thank you!

Absolutely!! From the moment I arrived Megan at the reception desk was so kind and made my visit bearable. I was there to make an appointment to have my toy poodle of almost 15 years put down. Maxine is totally deaf, can’t see out of one eye and this morning could barely walk. If she was in pain, I didn’t want her to suffer. She made me an appointment to bring Maxine in at 3:30 that afternoon. When I returned with Maxine, we were put in a calming room. I was so pleased with everything. The vet assistant who welcomed us and took our dogs hx was so friendly, caring and thorough. The Dr who cared for Murphy was exceptional! She listened to me, she pursued the Opthalmologist in Richmond who did the intravitreal injection in Murphy’s left eye to discuss his hx and then she called me later in the day to fill me in. Thank you so much for your superb treatment.
Top notch service. Never a worry when any of my three toy dogs or our cat are undergoing procedures. Always consistent with communications and always available. Very confident that they know what they are doing!
The entire staff at Animal Oasis is amazing - our 4lb Yorkie Eddy is always seen quickly and the staff is so caring. Eddy is treated by both Dr. Natasha and Dr. Lien - both are fantastic! We would highly recommend Animal Oasis.
