Even though we are in COVID times, the staff & Dr. were excellent to me and my pup. Unfortunately she had to be put down, but I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding, patient, and sympathetic Dr or tech to be with us through the process. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing vet services!
Very professional and compassionate towards our fur babies! Recently lost my furry companion. They were very caring and patient with the needs of my dog.
Absolutely wonderful here. My dog has Horrible anxiety at the vet. The tech, Talia, and the doc, Steven Haase, were soo very informative and kind. The front office staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I have moved locations a lot for work so I’ve been to several vet clinics. I can say without a doubt this is the best experience yet! Thank you Animal Wellness Center of Pontiac!

Everyone at Animal Wellness Center in Pontiac is so nice and understanding. My dog is anxious around other dogs and they always make sure he has a time where other dogs aren’t around or are in another room. They give him so much love when we go there. They have also helped us through a lot with our dog’s sensitive stomach and allergies. I can call them at any time and they will talk to me and answer any questions I have. They are all wonderful!

Dr. Haase and his staff worked me in last minute today when my usual vet was not available for my very sick little dog - they are so kind and caring and provided excellent, compassionate care before a holiday, even staying late to make sure he was taken care of. I'm very impressed with them and trust my "baby" is getting excellent care now....happy to be a new patient!
