Ragan did an excellent job of listing and selling our house!! She was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable of all aspects of real estate. Ragan answered all of our questions and did a great job handling the final sale. I highly recommend her to sale or buy your home or property! Randy had multiple offers on my listing in the first weekend. He hired a photographer who provided high quality photos which helped generate interest. Randy was very easy to work with, I would recommend to anyone to use him to sell your home.
Scotty and Olivia sold my mom’s house in five hours! That’s right! 5 HOURS!! They negotiated a fair price and worked professionally and quickly. They responded almost immediately to phone calls, texts or emails, and kept us completely in the loop. They are an honest father/daughter team that made selling mom’s house stress-free. Closing was hassle free and quick. They were very conscientious of safety guidelines during the pandemic regarding masks and distancing. Truly... the best realtor team ever. I highly recommend them.
Connie was very personable and eager to assist us as we relocated to NC from California. We first met her a year before our planned move. I had dealt with 2 other local realtors but I was not getting the responses or the homes to look at in a timely manner. I was not happy with the results. My children had used Ann to obtain their home that they are very happy with. I'm retired so I am on a budget but I wanted to be no more than 25 minutes from my kids.
