The tour guy screamed at me when I took a picture of the dolphins :( he said “NO PICTURES AROUND THE BOATS” very rude go elsewhere

staff are rude and completely obnoxious. Staff need retrained on customer service and how to not come across as absolute idiots. Is it any wonder the company reviews are going south.
Should train your employees better. The gentleman harassing the poor kid fishing did a very poor job representing your company while also breaking laws protecting fishermen.

The video of your “Dock Master” harassing and stalking (he had no business asking for the kids room number, that’s just creepy) a fisherman is extremely embarrassing for your company. It will be funny when Florida Fish and Wildlife Officers pay him a visit.
