We arrived at 5:15 on a Monday having called to ask if there were lanes available. There were 4 or 5 lanes in use out of 32 lanes. We were told we couldn’t bowl because a leave would need 8 or 9 lanes at 6:00 and they were already oiled, and they had a reservation coming in for the other lanes. No “you could bowl for 45 minutes” or other solution offered. They told us to try another alley in Crofton. We have 3 young kids and just wanted to bowl one game. Took 15 mins to get lane setup with numbers and actually turned on. During those 15 mins the 1 hour clock to bowl continued to run. While trying to talk to them about it they also rented out the lane within mins of the clock ending. Staff showed no accountability and lack of even caring.
Would not recommend this alley. Staff was not helpful. Impossible to get a lane. Don’t waste your time.

In the arcade the machine didn’t work to get prizes, but they still had people spending money and playing games for tickets that they knew couldn’t be redeemed. They decided to cram everyone into lanes next to each other, even though there were unused lanes on the other half. I asked if there was something happening on that side, and they said no and they could switch us. We decided to leave after one game. It didn’t make any sense. We’ll take the drive to Severna Park next time.
