Just a fantastic, caring doctor who really went the extra mile with my mother-in-laws surgery today. Kudos to RN Kelsi as well. A great team
Did Mohs surgery on my face. Very deep. Did a great job. Can't even see scar and it was a large L shaped incision. Awesome bedside manner. Great staff as well.
I used Jason while I was on active duty and while I have used others since retiring, he remains the best by far. Highly recommend his services! While I have not seen him recently, I saw him about every 3 months for 2 years. Very professional.
I paid for someone to look at my body while making really awkward small talk. I went in to have my mole examined and hopefully removed but instead he looked at it and pretty much told me that its natural and I should think "long and hard" before getting it removed and that "other young girls have had their moles removed and got mad at me (Dr. Connolly) for the scar". I had a Teladoc appointment with him for a prescription refill as I could not go to my usual dermatologist. He prescribed a different formulation than what is usually prescribed for my condition and then blamed me, the patient, for it when I questioned it (I am also a physician albeit in a completely different field). What is the point of coming to a specialist then? Should you not have knowledge on the formulation types? I should have just booked a generalist Teladoc. Very patronizing and unprofessional.

Speaking as someone who identifies as a woman I don’t typically choose male doctors since I have had a history of my issues getting dismissed or simply not listened to. As this was an emergency I took the first appointment I could find. Connolly would not listen to what I had to say about my skin and recommended home remedies that I already said made my issues worse. No, do not go to him. Awful doctor. God complex. Terrible bedside manners. Completely baffled by any possible good ratings he’s gotten....maybe his “awards” went to his head.
