RecommendedBack on 9/30/21, I rushed my foster cat (Jack the Bengal) to AAVEC because of respiratory distress. On the way he stopped breathing. The staff rushed into action and made all attempts to save him but unfortunately he could not be saved. Afterwards I was provided a private room where I could say my goodbyes. Even though he was a foster, I loved him, and his brother and I miss him very much. My routine animal vet was not open in the afternoon on a weekend as they were highly needed with my dog coughing up blood . So!!!!! I found Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic on google this past weekend and they helped me and my dog find lung cancer then a few days later it got worse real fast and we had to make the decision to put our fur baby to rest. This past Wednesday was my first time at this clinic because of a huge emergency. They helped my pup so much to check him out as he was kicked by a horse in the neck!!! I highly recommend them because of the care you guys give my boy and showed how much you guys really cared, we were treated extremely well!!! I’m forever grateful for the staff for saving my baby! You can tell all the staff members enjoy what they do. Even though I wasn’t able to go inside due to Covid they made me feel comfortable with sending my baby in alone and kept us updated via phone and explained everything thoroughly. Neenah is back to normal and full of energy we almost lost her but Anne Arundel Veterinary ER clinic said not on our watch! 🐾💜

The staff at Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic were terrific. They took such care with my cat, Chance and helped him with his urinary tract problem. Dr. Fleury, DVM was wonderful. She explained everything that was going on with Chance and sent him home to get better. If your pet has an emergency, don’t hesitate to take them to this emergency hospital!

Had a great experience with our male cat with urination problems. Everyone who answered the phone and came to our car was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The doctor(s) we’re great and compassionate. It was a 40 minute drive and I had to leave the cat for hours, but I felt like he was in great hands during that time. I also understand there were pets there who were in more need than our kitty, so although they apologized for the length of time, I completely understand. Price was also very reasonable for emergency care.
Everyone so nice . Keep in touch a few times a day on the process of my cat.

What a huge sense of relief we had knowing Norma was gettimg such great care at AAVEC! Our experience, from the people who answered the phone, to the techs who got her and brought her back to us, to the med student who gathered more info on her and all of the doctors who helped her and updated us throughout her 3 day stay, we cannot thank you all enough...including Norma!!
