RecommendedThe staff at Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic were terrific. They took such care with my cat, Chance and helped him with his urinary tract problem. Dr. Fleury, DVM was wonderful. She explained everything that was going on with Chance and sent him home to get better. If your pet has an emergency, don’t hesitate to take them to this emergency hospital!

Had a great experience with our male cat with urination problems. Everyone who answered the phone and came to our car was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The doctor(s) we’re great and compassionate. It was a 40 minute drive and I had to leave the cat for hours, but I felt like he was in great hands during that time. I also understand there were pets there who were in more need than our kitty, so although they apologized for the length of time, I completely understand. Price was also very reasonable for emergency care.
Everyone so nice . Keep in touch a few times a day on the process of my cat.

What a huge sense of relief we had knowing Norma was gettimg such great care at AAVEC! Our experience, from the people who answered the phone, to the techs who got her and brought her back to us, to the med student who gathered more info on her and all of the doctors who helped her and updated us throughout her 3 day stay, we cannot thank you all enough...including Norma!!

Thank you so much AAVEC for taking care of Bailey!!! This is my first time visiting AAVEC, my golden retriever Bailey developed bloat / GDV and was taken into emergency surgery. This was truly the scariest pet issue I have ever had to experience and the team was very patient and put me at ease. They were knowledgeable about the disorder and honest about the complications and outcomes of the surgical procedure. Amazing! No other words needed. This place saved the lives of my puppies, literally. Two of my liter got ahold of medicine, they were unconscious, yelping, eyes rolling in back of their heads, tongues hanging out… scariest moment of my life. The vet rushed the puppies into the back and ICU, caring for them for about 18 hours. They literally saved their lives!! I couldn’t thank them enough! This place hands down is the best! They truly care about the animals that come through the doors.

The vets and the staff took great care of my dog who had fluid in the lungs due to CHF. Curbside drop off and pick up is difficult for those owners who prefer to be with their animals. He improved greatly during his 2 nights stay. He is such an important part of my life. So glad to have him back home.
