Every time I had a question, Anne was quick to get back with me. We did everything On Line except the closing. Did not have to get out of my house and go anywhere to get the process started and only had to go out to sign finalization papers in person.

I first reached out to Anne over the Thanksgiving holiday, not expecting a response until the following week. Despite being on vacation, she replied promptly and provided direction on docs I could complete to keep the process moving forward. Anne is knowledgeable, friendly, and delightful to work with. And not only was Anne fabulous, her team including Casey and Britney were fantastic as well. All were super helpful, incredibly responsive and underscored my decision to finance with Bank South.
