The whole process took a year to get done. I absolutely know that it was not your fault that it took so long. Still, it was not the best experience.

I completely understand! In the year that it took to get the title cleared, your interest rate went up, we were told several times that we were about to close. As a result of those updates, you had to provide updated paystubs and asset information multiple times and have the appraisal updated twice! Had the title been cleared, you would have closed in 3 weeks as your contract called for. My team and I wish you the best in your home and are confident that your next home purchase will go much smoother!
