From patiently finding our best options, to arranging notary services from 300 miles away to gently, but firmly, keeping us on track with documents, they are were there for us. Annie was amazing throughout the process! We were initially using the builders lender and while they continued to make mistake after mistake Annie had us approved in less then 2 weeks. She always responded quickly, day/night and on the weekend! We'll never use another lender.

Being a first time homebuyer is stressful and nerve-wracking but Annie and Tim were there for us making the process as simple as possible and were able to answer all our (many) questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a home loan. If at any point we need another home loan or want to refinance we will be calling Annie and Tim!
