Going through the process for the first time was hard Not knowing exactly how it goes. I just felt like at time the communication could of been better and the whole process wasn't enjoyable. I do thank everyone for thier hard work and getting us into a home just wish it woukd of been smoother.

there were too many people involved repeat phone calls and constant changing of minds as to what was needed. surprise extra charges were sprung on us and immediate payment needed. then when it was all done and we signed a lot of papers then we get home to find out the online papers we signed not correct from you and had to go back to sign again. we had enough money to buy three condos but you just focused on one account and kept at us needing different information from just that account.
