Absolutely terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I have been with State farm for atleast 10 years, if not more. And started with Howard Bittick as our agent. Before Anthony Luster took over his clients after he retired. We have had car insurance and renters insurance through them and most recently we bought a house and needed homeowners insurance. We could not get a call back to even speak about homeowners insurance for 2 weeks! Our quote through Safeco was $500 less per year, than what we'd get through StateFarm. But ... read more
