I have had Anthony & Sylvan's pool for the last 20 years. I've had them for pool service for one time but I forget when it was. Regarding my favorite thing about working with Anthony and Sylvan, well, I really like the retail store I go to to get all the chemicals. I've seen their signs all over all my life. They've been around forever. I had used them just for new pool construction. My favorite thing was the assistant project manager, Zou, who was very informative, texting back and forth through the entire process. It took nearly a year, but the project manager was in constant contact. I always knew where we were in the process. They opened my pool, and they were efficient. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan from a friend who worked there. Anthony & Sylvan seemed to make sure everything was taken care of. The installer and the technician who opened my pool made sure that they answered all my questions and concerns. The product is exceptional, and it was exactly how they said it would be!
