Custom shape in ground pool installation. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to have Anthony & Sylvan Pools build our pool. It's a stressful, expensive process but they made every step of the way painless and easy. The big key was their excellent communication skills and always keeping us informed of what's coming next. I've wanted a pool for a very long time which is since high school. I got a free form pool with a spa from Anthony & Sylvan. Their team was very responsive to my requests for information. They kept me up to date as far as what was gonna be taking place and the time. I was very well informed of everything that was going on around the design in the section of the pool. Pool, Grotto, Jacuzzi . I decided to use Anthony & Sylvan Pools to build our pool, Jacuzzi and grotto after talking to and reviewing 4 different companies. The designer Joe made sure to include all of the many items on my wish list! Jeff had a VERY hard working crew working on all of the stone work around the decking and the grotto! No wasting time with these guys! I would most definitely recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools and may even use them again in one of my other properties
Anthony & Sylvan has been around for a long time. It was awesome with their project manager. I got a really good vibe talking to him. He would come by and check if something wasn't right and there really weren't that many. I felt that my bar stools were too low and once I showed him that, he measured them and they're in a perfect height now. He listened to all of my concerns. Our pool is free-form with a waterfall. We've been wanting a pool for the last five years. We had entertained it and got three total bids over the course of that timeframe. Design and build in ground swimming pool. We love our new pool from Anthony & Sylvan in Austin. We looked at several companies and are so thankful that we decided on this one. From Aaron designing our pool and helping me get everything I wanted and staying within the budget, to Tyson the PM making sure every step of the construction process was completed and done correctly. I dreamed of having a pool when I was a kid. A friend of the family got a pool and they used Anthony & Sylvan. So we saw an example of their work and got a free-form pool-spa combo for ourselves. I had a problem with the project manager, but he found employment elsewhere and another gentleman filled in and he did a wonderful job. Anthony & Sylvan is one of the three major pool builders in the area. We looked into them since they're the better-known pool people and a fellow I work with spoke very highly of them. Dave, our designer, did a great job listening to us. Our pool is a little bit lower than our original patio and we surrounded it with another patio area.
