Construction and Materials Are Very Good Our pool is of good value. We had bought a new home and wanted one for our family to use. We have heard about Anthony & Sylvan for a while. Our pool is a free from that has two benches added. It is a play pool. Joey and Phil were good to work with. The construction and materials are very good.

Very Thorough Throughout the Process Out of all the pool companies that we called to come to give us a quote, Anthony and Sylvan were the only ones that listened. They designed what we wanted without trying to sell us something we didn't want. We have been thinking about a pool for 30 days. We started looking online and researching customer feedback. They were the first company I contacted and I called 3 more companies. It is a freeform pool with no spa. We did the decking ourselves. It is a very basic pool and what we wanted. My favorite thing about our pool is that we have one. The kids love it and it's a very basic form in the ground with water. I love the fact that we don't have to go to a public pool and the kids can have friends over. The salesman who came out the first and second time to show us the pool provided exceptional service. He listened, he was thoughtful, and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He noticed the grate of our backyard and told us what would have to be done because of it. He was a thorough salesperson and I couldn't have asked for a better person to come and explain. He gave me what we wanted. The sales process exceeded my expectations. The build process met our expectations, for the most part. They were done a little sooner than I thought they would be. At no time were we pushed and they explained everything throughout the process. They mega exceeded our expectations for the majority.

Excellent Quality and Beautiful We loved our pool designer, Clay Miller, and overall we were pleased with the pool build process despite delays. I've been wanting a pool for a few years. I found Anthony & Sylvan from a Google search. Our pool is a Freeform sport pool, no spa, we wanted a basic pool with no frills for ease of maintenance and family fun. We love the shape of our pool, the simplicity of the design and the finishes which for being standard finishes are beautiful and excellent quality. Clay Miller and Samantha Valdez were excellent. The pool finish selections were plentiful.

Appreciation for Communication and Expectations Set I would recommend them to anyone. I am very satisfied. I had been thinking about a pool for two to three years. I chose them because they are close to my home and my neighbor has used them many years ago and came recommended. My pool is a kidney bean shape. It is a smaller pool. The tile in the pool is really pretty. I would like to recognize Randy and Rick for their exceptional service. Everything they did met and exceeded my expectations. They said it would take 14-16 weeks, and that is what happened. They were very good about setting the expectation. I really appreciated their communication.

Above and Beyond in All Aspects This company gave us the best deal. I've wanted a pool for about a year. I found Anthony & Sylvan through Google. My pool has a Freeform, doesn't have a spa but it's exactly how we wanted it: the color, the size, the fountain, the bubbles, everything! Rene and Mike went above and beyond their duties to help us in everything we needed. The designing of our pool, it was exactly what we had in mind.

We called and got quotes from 3 companies and A&S was a bit higher and received less for money, but the warranty was better. They also have been around for years and just felt comfortable with choosing this company over others. Our pool is 10k gallon with bar stools. I like the white pebble plaster, overall the pool quality and build is beautiful! Excellent communication with Sales and always received response on questions to the office. They stayed by their word, they completed the job and explained everything as it happened.

We were very pleased by the outcome of our beautiful pool. They were a very professional company. They were also available when we had questions regarding the entire process. Mr. Clay was always willing to help and very patient with us. Overall, I have told friends and family of how great the experience was for us. I thought about a pool for several months and I went online to look for a builder. It's a kidney shape with a spa. Heater and the lights. Clay Miller and Randy Doss provided great customer service!
