They are a good quality company who stands behind their work what more can you ask for. I've been wanting a pool for 10 years, and after several interviews with different vendors, Anthony Sylvan was the better package which included all items asked for. My pool is geometric and it has a spa. I have not had a chance to use it yet, but the spa was awesome even in 35-degree temps. Tim Clark is excellent.
The designer of the pool, Bryan from Rea Road location, did a great job and was very helpful at several points during the process. Our project manager, Tanner Hoffman, also did great at filling us in on next steps and answering any questions we had. He also kept things moving along. Would recommend working with both of them. Overall experience was great from start to finish. I've been looking at a pool for several years through the Internet- research reputable pool companies. It has water, a great design with a waterfall. I like most the Waterfall, bubblers with lights (LED) - looks awesome at night. I would like to recognize Mr Brian Seymour (Designer in Charlotte) and Mr. Tanner (PM)! These two gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous to say the least! I liked most the design and materials used.
We are so happy with our new pool! Everything came together within the expected timeline, and with quality craftsmanship all around. Great people who were easy to work with. Would highly recommend! The pool was completed in a timely manner with quality work and had great teams working on the pool project. We love it and use it every day! I've been thinking about a pool for a a year. I passed by the store front. I have a free form with spa and sun shelf. The spa is my favorite. Tanner overall did a great job.
After having reached out to several other companies, Anthony & Sylvan was the only one that was responsive, accommodating to our request, and price competitive. They are highly professional and will support you along the journey. I had been thinking for about 6 months. I googled and they came up highly rated. That is how I connected with them and chose them. Yes, I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan. I've been looking at a pool for 3 years. I learned about Anthony & Sylvan from Instagram. The pool is 15x18 rectanguar pool that is 5.5ft deep. The water color and decking I like the most. I would like to recognize Suzanne Martin, Eric Brock and Aron Jackle.
