I can't remember how I initially found out about them. I've used them for a number of years. No, I've never used them for any other pool services. My favorite thing about working with Anthony & Sylvan is that they're on time and do what they're supposed to do. When I ask questions, they're prompt, and they answer. Sylvan Pools installed our pool. We used Red Rose and were not happy - We used Hornberger and were not happy. Anthony & Sylvan always did good work. They always give me good tips and help me lug the heavy pool cover into our shed. Yes I would recommend them, and we have.
Everyone I worked with from the planning to the finish were very helpful and worked hard to get our pool completed for this summer.I didn't think about any other company because I already had a pool built by Anthony Sylvan. Already used them at previous two locations. Its a rectangular shape with a small tanning bed in the shallow end. The tanning area for the kids. Harald Bottke was extremely helpful. Everywhere
A&S built my pool 17 years ago! Iuse the service of weekly water testing at retail store and also purchased new safety cover last summer (2021). Dealing with the Lititz retail store has been good. Opening crew did a good job this year. I like the retail store personnel. I would recommend them.
