Completed in a Timely Manner
I had been thinking about a pool for about a year. I heard about them from friends who had worked with them. I chose them because their competitive price was the best compared to other companies, who were $20 to $30 thousand more for the same type of pool. We have the freeform pool with a spa. I like the sun-shelf and how easy it is to keep clean. The pool remote is
easy to operate and handy. I would like to recognize Burt and Bill. They completed the project in a timely manner, despite all the rain we have gotten this summer.

Impressive Sales Department
I had wanted a pool for 5 years. I heard of Anthony & Sylvan due to their reputation. My pool is square and has a waterfall. It is perfect for hot days. Burt was excellent. I was impressed by the sales dept as they sold me exactly what I got.

Very Happy With the Outcome
We are very happy with the outcome, everything came out as expected. I had wanted a pool for one year. We heard of Anthony & Sylvan from a friend. We went all in, infinity SPA, fire pit and fire bowls. SPA Salesman and project manager were excellent.

Great Experience, Stress Free
Our experience has been great and stress free. The team explained and gave us expectations. No complaints from us. Happy Customer. We wanted a pool for 2 months. We found Anthony & Sylvan from a Google search. Our pool is Geometric and has a spa. The spa, and our pool is big. Jeff and Burt were very responsive and cared about our opinion. Response was great. Our pool looks amazing and the team was always willing to help.

Awesome Experience

Dream Pool Come True
The design, materials choices, and build were relatively seamless when I compare our build with other people building pools in the area. I appreciate the project plan I'm providing the transparency I like to know where we are in the process, and when I can expect crews at my location. The PM always had a can-do attitude. For several years, I've been wanting a pool. I found Anthony & Sylvan by searching over the web. Our pool is a Free form with no spa. The scuppers and length are my favorite. Also, Roy was always willing to help and never frustrated or angry with our concerns/questions. Phil, our sales guy, was quite patient, and even let us walk through options to help us determine if we wanted to go with A&S. The tile grout color we didn't choose, but was right on point. The suggestions when we voiced our design needs were right on point. I appreciate the flexibility and ideas to make our dream pool come true.

Prompt, Efficient and Done in a Timely Manner
I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan. We have wanted a pool for at least five or six years. We found them by doing a web search. We have a medium sized pool 20 feet wide and around 35 feet long. It's a lagoon style, free form pool that curves here and there. It has a table in it as well to sit at where we can watch kids play. I just love that the kids love it. The project manager, Burt was very helpful. Also, our salesman Bill, was great with explaining the process, and answering any questions we had. The timeline was great. They were very prompt and quick. Very efficient. if something had to be rescheduled, they were great with getting things back on track. Overall, a good timeline, and got everything done in a timely manner.

Love the Craftsmanship, Layout, Transparency and Professionalism
We, my whole family, and everybody who saw the pool love the pool, love the craftsmanship, love the layout and their professionalism. I had been thinking about a pool for five years. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. They were the fourth company I actually got a quote from. I chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools because of their transparency, honesty, and the vibe I got from the salesperson. He did not try to oversell me or get me to do anything I didn't want to do. My pool is a collaboration design pretty much between what I wanted and what the salesman recommended. It's shaped like a Roman numeral, pretty much a rectangle but has rounded edges. I do have a spa. My favorite things are the shape, the placement, and the raised spa. I would like to recognize Jay, the salesman/design guy; Burt, the project manager; and Rene Stone. Jay met or exceeded expectations during the inception process from designing the pool and meeting with me. Burt met or exceeded expectations throughout the process of the pool build and in how he communicated with me, educating us on what the next step would be. Rene was the pool builder's secretary. She was the "go-to" person for me. She put everything together. She would tell me what my next step would be, what I would pay for next, and my balances. They met or exceeded expectations in communication with the project manager on the different crews or subcontractors that would come out to the house, and with the scheduling.
