I had Anthony & Sylvan open up my pool a couple of years ago. I've also used them for water testing in the retail store, but I mainly use them for opening and shutting down my pool. We've had our pool for 50 years and we've always used Anthony & Sylvan. They've renovated the pool. They've opened and closed the pool. And they come for service if I need it. The people are great. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I've always had a good experience from the renovators to the people at the retail store. They're always very helpful. It's really great.
Anthony & Sylvan is local to me and they initially installed the pool at my house. Then I chose them to do the renovation, opening, and closing of the pool. I didn't have much interaction with the people who came out when they opened that pool but they've been very helpful when I go into the store.
Anthony & Sylvan came out when I was building our house. I liked what they have said and they built the pool for us. They've been servicing it for 16 years. We;ve had them do opening week to week. Since I moved to this new house where we have the pool. I've been using Anthony & Sylvan for opening, closing and purchasing of all my chemicals. The staff is friendly, and the store nearby and being able to schedule the opening and closing online are convenient. In the past, we made a purchase and the wrong order was placed for that. We had to go back and forth quite a bit in order to get that resolved but the manager at that time was responsive and helped resolve that issue effectively.
We had a friend who works for Anthony & Sylvan's renovations and whenever we renovated our pool, we ended up going with them. And that stuck with us since then. We've had them open and close our pool. They also installed a new heater and did heater maintenance, motor maintenance and a renovation. I really like the technician we had. We ordered our pool from Anthony & Sylvan and we used their services for the pool opening. I liked that they were on time and they were very clean. They picked everything up when they were done and you don't even know they were here. Also, when we had a problem, they got back to us right away and finished what we needed.
Anthony & Sylvan is professional and our family's been using their pools forever. They built our pool and they've also done all the work on it. We interact with them all the time, from the purchase of the pool to its maintenance. I also take the pool's water up to their place and have it tested every week.
