They put our neighbor's pool in, that's how we heard about the company. We have used them since they put our pool in. We have used the retail store. They get back to me quickly and fix whatever is wrong. The customer service is good. They are always quick to come out and friendly. They listen and try to figure out the problem, and usually rectify the problem quickly. We are pretty happy with the company.

I have been a customer since I put our pool in over 10 years ago. They have serviced our pool well for 10 years. I like the ease of reaching them by email and responsiveness. The day of my pool closing had to be changed due to a shortage in technicians, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they came the next day and even put the cover on as an extra bonus.

They built the pool and did a beautiful design that will last for years. I chose them for service based on their experience and that they knew my pool system very well. They're always on time for closing & opening dates. They are Professional and all needs and questions answered. Team was able to add new variable speed pump with ease. I've always had great service over the years.

They installed the pool and have been fantastic ever since. Front Office is fantastic, Dorothy Campbell is incredible. Service techs are prompt and knowledgeable and professional. Emails are returned within hours, scheduling is easy and in almost all cases my preferred date is honored. Their Service Tech Ian helped remind me to get a certain part for next season, Dorothy Campbell is always accommodating and so helpful. They built my pool and they have been doing the pool service since they built it and do a great job. I don't even have to be there. They were on time and left everything clean and where it should be. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

We had our pool installed by Anthony Sylvan in 2010. I do not remember how we chose them. Their service is outstanding We use them for everything concerning the pool. They are genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. They answered all questions with professionalism. They took apart our filter and thoroughly cleaned it for storage.

The entire construction process went smoothly. All contractors were top notch. The split season build was the perfect option as we were swimming in May. I thought about it for a few years. Then I was looking at house for sale and ultimately a friend referred us to A&S. The pool is geometric and pretty basic. I like how it fits into the yard. The Cobalt quartz plaster looks awesome. Alex Wilhouer was an excellent PM. We're super happy that we went with the two season build. Worked out perfectly.

I first heard about them through referral. They seemed the most professional. I have used their construction and retail store. My favorite thing about them would be the people. There was guy who helped out to keep our pool in a better condition. I would recommend them.
