I love going to the Cloquet AF! Alanna and Kate are always friendly and fun to talk to and Jake is a great trainer. They also recently got a bunch of new treadmills and cardio equipment that are very nice! Would recommend this gym to anyone!

I came in to start a membership trial and staff made this a very friendly environment. I felt very welcomed and Kate made it very accessible to find a plan to suiting my budget. I got a very detailed tour of the establishment. A very good place to get started on your fitness journey

Alanna, Jake and Kate make this gym so much fun! They had me try a training session and I LOVED IT! Decent size gym, super friendly members. New to the area and so happy this is the gym I chose! Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Will recommend to everyone!

I have learned so much from Jake at ATF. He is very friendly, caring and helpful. I was intimated by all,the machines and weights until Jake took the time to explain and show me how to use them. He is also good at teaching us good stretching exercises.
