I was disappointed with my experience. I was charged $702 for a garage door repair, but after the work was completed, I received multiple quotes from other reputable companies in the $250–$300 range for the same repair. I feel that the company took advantage of the urgency of my situation, as my tenant needed access before returning from work at 6 PM and I felt pressured to proceed quickly. Kind people to communicate with. They missed their first appointment and were an hour late to the next attempt. Their quote was more than double that of their competition.

I was fairly satisfied with their service. Their employee tried to upsell me, but it was a soft push and fair in my mind since they came out to give me a quote. He mentioned that he put a sticker in my house, which didn’t fully register until I saw it. Without asking, he put a sticker on the drywall in my garage that says warranty voided if removed. It also doesn’t come off the drywall. I’m pretty upset—that’s a ballsy move on the part of a company that just serviced my garage door opener.
