Kind people to communicate with. They missed their first appointment and were an hour late to the next attempt. Their quote was more than double that of their competition.

I was fairly satisfied with their service. Their employee tried to upsell me, but it was a soft push and fair in my mind since they came out to give me a quote. He mentioned that he put a sticker in my house, which didn’t fully register until I saw it. Without asking, he put a sticker on the drywall in my garage that says warranty voided if removed. It also doesn’t come off the drywall. I’m pretty upset—that’s a ballsy move on the part of a company that just serviced my garage door opener.

We made an appointment for these guys to come look at our broken garage. The appointment was set for 1-5. They called us at almost 3 and said they no longer can make it. They are not professional at all. Don’t make appointments if you can’t make it. We ended up hiring a different company.
