Look at reviews, in regard to reliability. Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. Received a 4 hour window of when they would arrive. Changed our entire day to make sure we would be home to receive a call that they needed to reschedule the appointment. If you can’t make it to your first appointment which is the most important why would I ever consider working with your company.

Had them come out to the bid - seemed thorough , but agreements are sloppy and the farthest thing from complete . what he said that needed to be done kept changing and they have a fine print where there is a surcharge . For misc things . Not professional up front so I wouldn’t let them touch the back

Scheduled 3 appointments and they never showed up.
1st appt waited 2 hours and then received a call that he won't be coming. 2nd appt waited 3 hrs and got another call to reschedule. 2 days off work for this! Un reliable and very poor customer service.
