RecommendedGreat experience on the sale, and installation of windows. One kitchen window did not open all the way. We called and they sent a tech to repair the next week. No quality issues with the other 8. Great experience, would highly recommend. More affordable than others who quoted.
RecommendedWe had a whole house full of windows replaced. One of them had a crack. Now, all windows are working and don’t fog up. We are noticing that the temperature of the house is more consistent now. I also finally have a bathroom window that opens!

RecommendedWe bought our new windows about 2months ago, and I have to say am in love with them, the fact that my electric bill went from almost $800mth to about $300mth( total electricity)! Never thought I would be happy paying bills but this one I can get on board with! Thanks apex!
We ordered our windows in August 2020 and were told we would receive them by December 2020. We finally had them installed April 30, 2021. We only ordered windows for the front of the house and were planning on doing the back of the house the following year. We ordered eight windows and one sliding glass door. Two windows were installed broken so we can’t open them. One was missing the crank so we could not open it. The sliding glass door was warped and missing a screen. Actually I’m taking the signs off my yard. While the installation was just ok, some areas on the caulking were sloppy l, I’m still not happy with the damage of my floors. There were scratches everywhere on the floor from when the installation tech vacuumed the master bedroom. That I never got a follow up on that and the installation guy denied the fact that he caused it. So While I like the product I didn’t like the customer service after the installation.
We ordered windows in August. After numerous delays because of the pandemic (which is understandable), they were finally slotted to be shipped in November. Then it got delayed until later in November. Then it was December. Then it was later in December. Then it was January. Mind you, Apex made no effort to contact us about any of these delays. Apex Energy Solutions the SECOND round of waiting on the rest of my order has failed. I was waiting on a replacement eyebrow that was defective and they sent just the glass that is nowhere close to fitting. They sent 2 frames with no tempered glass (not sure how you can install a frame with no glass might cause a draft). Here’s the funny one. So they lost my new door the FIRST trip so this time they sent the installer out here as a service on the door that I didn’t even have. He came with new door glass but no frame. That ha... read more
