I don't usually write reviews, but people need to know that the entire Apex team is great to work with. The sales team, specifically Ian Gundersen, felt more like a business partner as he was always looking out for us. The installation team, led by Master Installer Jose Hernandez, did an absolute fabulous job. These windows are of the highest quality. We replaced a total of 26 windows, which is the entire house. I highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions if you're looking for replacement windows.
The Apex windows look wonderful and perform as promised. Ian was our sales representative and did a great job walking us through the process. He made several suggestions during the design phase that turned out fantastic. Both he and the installation crew were great to work with and provided awesome service. Working with Ian and Apex has been a well guided, informed, and well executed project. Undergoing a home remodel with missing walls and unframed window openings was not a problem for them.
