We woke up on a Monday morning to a sick 10 year old kitty (she's out baby). I called the office & they got us right in. The entire staff is wonderful!! They treated us like family & Jenny like their own. The Doctor was simply amazing, he knew right away what the problem was then confirmed it with a lab test. Since we were being worked in (they were booked solid) I thought we would be there for several hours. We were in & out in one hour! The staff and doctors here are amazing. They make time for you when you're in a crisis with your dog, give thorough explanations of their findings, and provide excellent instructions for next steps. The services are very reasonably priced, and the vets and techs are happy to answer any and all questions I have.
Dr. LeMaster was fantastic. Knew right away what my dog's problem was. Took exray and explained everything to me of what he saw was going on in her abdomen. Prescribed some medicine and my dog is doing so much better today! I like the way the vet techs and the vet took time to explain everything.
All the people at Appalachian vet took care of my daughters cat. Couldn't ask for anything more.
