Our installer,.Joseph, was great! Arrived promptly, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Was very efficient with our microwave installation, unfortunately the microwave did not fit our space exactly and so he packed it up to be returned per our request.

Installer was 25 mins early. He Uninstalled and installed Microwave within 20 minutes. Took the old unit with box away. This was installation painless.
