The sales person who waited on me was fabulous. She was polite, helpful and attentive. I’m really not a shopping fan however this experience was delightful.

Always a pleasure to shop at Apricot Lane in Franklin. They have both classic and trendy styles at reasonable prices. Great sale items, too! The displays are inviting and attractive. I love shopping when the owner is working- she’s so welcoming and helpful and I never sense any pressure to buy. All the salespeople are genuinely nice and good at their jobs!
Employee with piercings was a rude and ignorant. I did not get her name but would never come in that store again. I have also told friends and potential customers to avoid Apricot. Your employee Heidi was a kind and professional employee. Her attitude and friendliness brings customers back.
