Paige was welcoming, efficient and helpful- it was NYE and close to 4 pm which is the time i thgt they were closing but she assured me that they weren’t until 5 bc that’s what she was scheduled too. I always have a good experience every time I go into this store.

Poor return policy snd not explained - receipt is contradictory. Just tell me it’s non returnable! Don’t make it hard for people who love to shop - not buy Derby dresses and return them ! Some people don’t care about Derby !
