April went above and beyond! I had no trouble getting in touch with her - even when it took months for my house to sell. She was so patient in explaining answers to all my questions and was always on top of changes. The APM app was easy to use and the emails I received made paperwork a breeze. April is obviously very good at her job and at the same time a kind person that really cares about her clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to April if you need a mortgage- you will not be disappointed.
