April was absolutely fantastic. Of all the people I have ever worked on a mortgage with (and there's been many) April is in a league of her own. My issues had nothing to do with April. The processor and underwriter seemed not to understand my financial situation, they requested information piecemeal and sometimes requested things that were already submitted. If April had been the only person involved, I would be recommending First Mortgage Direct to everyone I know.
