Jason was our technician today. He was an absolute joy in servicing our water system. He arrived on time, had a smile on his face, professional in every way, got the job done quickly, only changed the filters that needed changing, didn’t try to push the changing. Excellent service.
Acqua Clear has been a great experience in our home over the last five years. The system works great, we don't have to worry about water quality, and the techs are professional and very helpful. ******* was our tech today, and he was awesome. The experience all around was great. Prompt arrival, courteous, friendly , professional. Nick explained the reason for the issues we were having and offered solutions. Great company and well trained and professional people.
Chris was great!! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of our system. He took the extra time to explain what he was doing at each step of the process. He helped us understand in detail how the system works. We have had a great experience so far with the entire group from sales, office personnel, installation crews and system maintenance.
