Deb and Chad found us the perfect family hot tub! It was in our price range and delivery time was faster than we expected. Deb was phenomenal to work with over the phone. She answered all of our questions and returned every text or phone call. Chad met us on a Saturday at the store to load the tub on my trailer. We decided to pick up the tub ourselves. I had such a great experience at this store. My wife and I are expecting our first child this summer, and are thinking of trying a home birth (you can’t really trust doctors these days). Riley was so helpful and accommodating with all of our questions on which tub would be best for our home birth or hosting friends after. Will definitely do business again!
Chris was amazing to work with! The wrong hot tub was sent to her store for us and she did everything she could to correct the issue as quickly as possible! Her knowledge and expertise is unmatched to others we talked to. She always goes the extra mile and we are very pleased with our tub thus far! I would highly recommend Aqua Living Hot tubs and would definitely send others to see Chris if they are in the market for a hot tub!
